Keyboard shortcuts

On a computer, or an iPad with a keyboard.

Single-key shortcuts

Letters and numbers on their own, without ⌘ or Ctrl.

Single keys work when you aren’t typing, and can be turned off in Settings.

C: Focus the quick add (Inbox, Agenda); otherwise open Add topiceverywhere but Sync
A: Add actioneverywhere but Sync
S: Start or join the synceverywhere but Sync; in the lobby, S and Enter start
1–90: Home, Inbox, Agenda, Actions, Together, Travel, Places, Projects, Looking back, Settingseverywhere but Sync
[: Show or hide the sidebartablets and computers
?: Open Keyboard shortcutseverywhere

While a row has focus.

↑↓: Previous or next row; beside a pane, also shows it thereevery list
KJ: Previous or next rowevery list
Enter: Open the rowevery list
Esc: Close the pane, sheet or menuanywhere
